We started in 2005 as a customer acquisition marketing business for the insurance industry. We help insurance agents, brokers, and carriers find new customers to grow their businesses. Our proprietary platform uses data and analytics to optimize results, making the insurance buying process simpler and faster for consumers by offering them information and choices.

We have two main divisions: customer acquisition marketing and an independent insurance agency. We provide sales leads for various insurance types, including auto, home, health, life, senior health, renters, and long-term care.

Our operations teams keep our systems running smoothly 247. Our Customer Success Managers work with agents to help them grow and use our products effectively. Our Contact Center connects consumers looking for insurance with licensed agents in real time. This team handles inbound and outbound calls on an internal platform; the team members themselves do not need an insurance license for this role.

Team & Culture

We have between 1,000 and 5,000 employees. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment. Our engineering teams use agile methods and participate in on-call rotations. Some roles, like those in Customer Success, can be remote but may require living within a two-hour drive of Austin, Texas. Our Contact Center team works remotely from home.
