Job Description
As a Corporate Accounting Manager in the CFO organization reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, you will own the global close mechanics, including multi-entity consolidation, the US general ledger, and cross-entity processes. You will lead the AI transformation and process automation within the corporate accounting team to standardize preparation and review procedures for scalable growth. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with teams like FP&A, Legal, and Treasury while managing and mentoring a small accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, ASC 830 currency translations, chart of accounts governance, and the monthly close, journal entries, and reconciliations for the US entity.
- Lead process transformation and automation initiatives by incorporating AI tools and systems to standardize repeatable close procedures across entities and replace manual, spreadsheet-driven workflows.
- Prepare audit-ready consolidated and entity-level balance sheet and P&L flux analyses, operationalize technical accounting positions, and execute ASC 718 stock-based compensation accounting.
- Manage and mentor a small accounting team while partnering cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A, Procurement / Accounts Payable, People, Compensation and Benefits , Treasury, and other business partners.
- Execute internal controls and improve efficiency and scalability of process controls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting with progressive corporate accounting and audit experience.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and ASC 830 currency translations.
- Technical proficiency in US GAAP (including ASC 830, ASC 718, and ASC 842), Microsoft Excel, and G-suite.
- Hands-on system experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) configuration (subsidiary structures, multi-currency settings, and saved searches) and managing external audit deliverables.
- Self-motivated team leader and effective communicator
Preferred Qualifications
- Active CPA license.
- Accounting experience within the SaaS or software industry, including non-calendar fiscal year tracking.
- Direct experience managing remote team members across multiple time zones.
- Practical experience using close management software (such as FloQast or Numeric) and equity administration platforms (such as Carta, Shareworks, or Global Shares).
- Experience supporting international entities and local statutory audits.
- Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI tools (such as Claude or Gemini) to automate operational workflows.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$147,000—$167,000 USD
