About Aztec Group

We started in Jersey in 2001, offering fund, corporate, and investor services to the alternative assets industry. We work with alternative fund managers and institutional investors across various asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and real assets.

Our services include fund administration, corporate services, investor onboarding, accounting, reporting, AIFM services, depositary services, digital asset services, ESG services, and advanced portfolio services. Dedicated teams deliver these services, customizing them for each client.

We administer over €760 billion in assets for more than 450 funds and over 4600 entities. We have nine offices in six locations: Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, Ireland, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In September 2024, we announced a partnership with Warburg Pincus to help us expand globally, especially in the U.S. We hold ISAE 3402 Type II and ISAE 3000 Type II accreditation, and ISO 27001:2013 certification, showing our commitment to international best practices.
