Our platform includes digital investor onboarding, an end-to-end fund registry for managing securities and capital raises, and integrated solutions for bank transactions, accounting, and tax. These tools streamline financial operations and performance reporting. We provide robust portfolio reporting, offering a single source of truth for tracking holdings, valuations, and key metrics. Our investor portal allows investors and Limited Partners to monitor their investments and performance.

For compliance, the platform centralizes all regulatory obligations, helping manage legal and tax reporting (including ATO, CRS, FATCA), financial services licensing, and insurance. We also include a secure data room for document sharing and offer escrow and payment workflows for deal settlements. The platform supports deal execution tasks like managing allocations, book-builds, settlement, and document signing.

We serve a diverse client base, including investors, fund managers, and family offices, across sectors such as corporate entities, pension and superannuation fund managers, private equity, property, venture capital, credit & debt, infrastructure, international feeder vehicles, and social impact & climate funds.

Andrew Armstrong and Ed Hooper founded the company in 2020, initially as Startup Galaxy, to address friction costs and automation gaps in the Australian private investment market. We have 11-50 employees.
