We manage the day-to-day administration for client portfolios, including bookkeeping, cash management, invoicing, FX, and regulatory and board reporting. We also handle corporate administration, due diligence, and statutory record maintenance for offshore-registered companies. For financial reporting, we provide complex accounting services and oversee waterfall calculations, capital calls, distributions, accruals, fees, and GAAP adjustments. Our risk and compliance teams manage compliance monitoring programs across our offices. They ensure adherence to group policies and local procedures and address AML/CFT matters.
