We were founded in 2012 in Zurich, Switzerland, and initially served a public transportation company. In 2013, we launched our first global implementation with a luxury hotel brand. We achieved ISO 27001 certification in 2018 and introduced our Frontline Success Platform in 2021. In 2023, we launched an AI-powered Frontline Intelligence platform, and in 2024, an employee lifecycle tool for frontline HR workflows. Our platform has an 87% adoption rate and over 500,000 weekly users across more than 1200 companies globally.
