Founded in 2014, we are headquartered in Chemnitz, Germany, and New York City, with offices in London, Berlin, Tokyo, Sydney, and Prague. We offer an AI-native Employee Experience Platform that helps organizations connect with their employees through internal communication solutions.

Our platform combines a branded employee app, intranet, email, SMS, digital signage, and Microsoft 365 integrations. We serve nearly 3,000 customers worldwide, including Adidas, Alaska Airlines, Audi, Blue Apron, DHL, and Whataburger. Our platform reaches 16.5 million employees in over 190 countries.

Staffbase was recognized as a Leader in the 2023 and 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intranet Packaged Solutions and received the 2024 ClearBox Choice Award for Intranet and Employee Experience Platforms. We specialize in employee engagement, internal communications, collaboration, and Human Resources, with support for employee newsletters and Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Our platform integrates with various tools like Microsoft Cloud, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Google Drive, and Oracle.

We support flexibility through hybrid work options and build community through Employee Research Groups (ERGs) and regular team and office events.
