We specialize in recruiting, training, and operations process development. We serve interior design and home remodeling companies, including those involved in window treatments, furniture, flooring, closets, painting, and electrical services. We partner with businesses that offer consultation-to-installation solutions for residential or commercial clients, helping them scale from $2M to $10M and beyond.

Our services include recruiting and placing personnel, training team members in sales, customer service, and business development, and creating policy and procedure manuals. We also develop clear, effective processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance cost efficiency. Our approach involves diagnosing organizational issues and implementing solutions for areas like order processing and warehouse management.

Behind the Design has 1-10 employees. The team consists of industry experts who focus on operational solutions, process efficiencies, and staff recruitment. The company describes its team as loving a good operational puzzle and not afraid to get their hands dirty to solve industry-specific problems. Key team members include Jessica Harling (Ringleader), Rebecca Santrella (Talent Coordinator), Charlette Stanton (Process Coordinator), Paulina Yousif (Talent Coordinator), and Kevin Yancul (Operations Assistant). The culture emphasizes a practical, hands-on approach, aiming to make functional processes enjoyable and efficient.

We offer a range of employee benefits. This can include on-target earnings of $85,000 to $100,000 in Year 1 for certain roles. Benefits packages may feature 10 PTO days, 7 sick days, and 6 or 9 paid holidays annually. For field-based roles, we may provide a company vehicle after training, along with mileage reimbursement.
