Founded in 2010, we are a Shared Services HR firm. We build HR departments and implement practices that benefit businesses. We provide custom HR solutions, systems, training, and support to help you get the most from your employees. We offer services on an a la carte, project, or retainer basis. This allows businesses to have a full-service team for the cost of a single employee. We help companies contain costs, minimize employer-related risk, and reduce the administrative burden of HR.
Our HR Shared Services are structured in three tiers for organizations with 10-20, 20-40, and 41+ employees. We typically serve businesses with 10 to 250 employees, and up to 500 on a project basis. Project consulting and hourly advisement (A la Carte) are also available. Our specialties include:

We partnered with Collaboration Software Partners to develop a suite of HR software solutions. This combines HRIS, HCM, and HRMS functionalities into a single cloud platform. This software handles payroll services, time and labor management, entitlement accruals, HR and compliance, attestation, scheduling, ACA compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation management. These solutions are mobile-friendly.
We also offer franchising opportunities under HRBoost® US. This allows experienced HR practitioners to build their own consulting business. Licensed in 37 states, these opportunities offer two paths: the Bridge Builder (Strategic Integrator License) for independent operation with delivery support, and the Full Agency Franchise Model for those looking to build and grow a full-service HR consultancy. We use a “Proven Process” that includes Analyze, Optimize, and Emphasize.
