High-Level Overview:
The CS Support groups play a vital role in the Benevity ecosystem, dedicated to enhancing the experiences of client administrators, end-users, and non-profits globally. We are deeply committed to fostering positive change through our ‘Goodness Ecosystem,’ supporting remarkable companies, individual donors, and causes in making a significant impact.
In line with our mission to deliver exceptional experiences, we’re looking for a Managed Services Coordinator who is enthusiastic about providing quality service, achieving our service level goals, and continually refining our processes.
What you’ll do:
- Ensures data meets client standards and policies for approval
- Addresses discrepancies through established communication methods
- Returns any incomplete documents to the submitter as needed
- Demonstrates a proactive and efficient approach to workload management
- Monitors service levels and keeps management updated on client queue statuses
- Develops tailored documentation, presentations, and training for the team
- Analyzes data to spot trends in match and volunteer submissions, recommending operational or user experience enhancements to leadership
- Responds to client employees’ inquiries via email regarding submission declines
- Performs administrative tasks as directed by management
What you’ll bring:
- Strong English comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven with the ability to excel independently on task-oriented projects
- Skilled in computer and technology use
- Fundamental mathematical abilities
- Problem-solving skills, especially for unexpected issues
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, identifying discrepancies and errors in data
- Aptitude for recognizing patterns in numerous transactions
- Efficient time management capabilities
- Focus and concentration, even on repetitive tasks
- Patience in work processes
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
