Job description

Role Summary:

The Product Owner / Business Analyst (PO/BA) is responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. This hybrid role ensures that business objectives are aligned with technical delivery while maximizing product value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
  • Support UAT and validate delivered features.
  • Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
  • Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Azure Devops, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with detailed analysis.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Agile certifications (CSPO, PSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience in government or enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
