Hiring: Graphic & Motion Designer (São Paulo Office)
We are looking for an in-office Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Marketing team in São Paulo! You will be our dedicated local powerhouse for social media, digital campaigns, and print, ensuring high-speed creative delivery backed by strict regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
- Design high-impact visual assets for social media, performance marketing, and print
- Partner closely with Compliance to strictly apply brand guidelines and local legal requirements
- Build and maintain organized libraries of templates and reusable assets in Figma and Adobe CC
- Quickly adapt creative assets in response to regulatory, product, or communication changes
- Bonus: Edit videos and create motion graphics/animations to bring our campaigns to life!
What We’re Looking For
Solid Graphic Design background.
Extreme attention to detail—you know fine print and legal guidelines matter
Systems mindset—obsessed with organization, reusable components, and efficiency
Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Big Plus: Experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro (Motion Graphics)
Note: We value true craft and precision; heavily AI-generated portfolios won’t fit this role.
Schedule: Hybrid working model — 4 days onsite per week, 1 day remote.
