We specialize in land surveying, civil engineering, and environmental services. We started in 1891 in Northwest Arkansas as a single-person surveying operation and have grown into a multidisciplinary firm. We have offices in Arkansas (HQ), Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Indiana, and operate with over 100 survey crews across the United States. We acquired Fulcrum Resources Environmental in July 2024.

• Surveying: ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Design Surveys, HUD Surveys, Boundary Surveys, As-Built Surveys, ADA Compliance Surveys, Platting, Easement Exhibits, Tree Surveys, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), 3D Laser Scanning, Aerial Mapping/LiDAR, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and detailed private utility locations. Over the last decade, we have completed over 80,000 ALTA Land Surveys nationwide.
• Civil Engineering: Preliminary/Final Site Plans and Plats, Landscape Plans, Tree Conservation Plans, Demolition Plans, Erosion Control Plans (Phase I & II), Grading & Drainage Plans, Utility Plans, Traffic Control Plans, Streets Plans, Site Investigation Reports (SIR), Storm Water Management Reports, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Sanitary Sewer Capacity Studies, and Rezoning.
• Environmental Assessments: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Risk Assessments per SBA Criteria, Transaction Screen Assessments, Lead Paint, MMP and Asbestos O&M, Subsurface Investigation, Site Clean-up & Remediation, and Certified Environmental Drilling Services.
• Property Condition Assessments (PCA): ASTM E2018-24/E2018-15 PCAs, Limited Property Condition Third Party Reviews, PCAs for Acquisition, and various Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac specific reports.
• Zoning Services: Zoning Compliance Reports, Conformance Reports, Use Reports, Analysis Reports, Verification Letters, and Use Analysis.
• Energy & Sustainability: Level I and Level II Energy Audits, Benchmarking Analysis, Property Resilience Assessments, and Capital Planning.
• Construction Services: 3D Scanning, Floor Flatness and Levelness, Building Information Modeling (BIM), BOMA, Revit Modeling, Concrete Scanning, Pipe Inspection, and Nassco Grading.
• Construction Risk Management (CRM): Construction Risk Assessments, Abbreviated CRAs, Cost to Complete, Conceptual Budget Reviews, Construction Status Reports, Repair Confirmation Reports, and Apartment Renovation Reports.

Our clients include governmental agencies, commercial portfolios, lenders, private investors, renewable energy development groups, power delivery design groups, the communication industry, title companies, attorneys, utilities, and private landowners. We complete all services and transactions in-house. We are not a coordination firm; we employ licensed surveyors, engineers, geologists, and architects.
