Content Planning Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for a Content Planning Specialist to join Bolt’s Social Media team and help keep our global content engine running smoothly across 35+ markets, 100+ social handles, and multiple verticals including ride-hailing, micromobility, and food delivery.

This role sits at the centre of our global social operation — coordinating publishing schedules, managing content workflows, and making sure the right content reaches the right channels at the right time.

About us

With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it’s all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission!

About the role

As a Content Planner, you’ll manage the global social media content pipeline end-to-end. From tracking production timelines and managing editorial calendars to coordinating publishing schedules and supporting reporting operations, you’ll help ensure Bolt’s global social media activity runs efficiently at scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, and local market teams to maintain visibility across content workflows, identify blockers early, and keep campaigns and recurring content on track.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  •     Manage the global social media content pipeline across active markets and platforms.
  •     Coordinate editorial planning, approvals, and publishing schedules across multiple teams and channels.
  •     Manage the content calendar end-to-end, including briefing timelines, production milestones, and publishing windows.
  •     Act as the operational link between creative, strategy, and local teams by managing dependencies and workflow risks.
  •     Support reporting coordination, tooling management, asset organisation, and operational administration.
  •     Maintain and improve systems, templates, and processes that support the global social media function.

About you:

  •     Proven experience in content coordination, editorial planning, or social media operations within fast-moving or multi-market environments.
  •     Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  •     Strong written communication skills and confidence coordinating across distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  •     Experience working with content management and workflow tools such as Sprout Social, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  •     Strong understanding of how social media content is created, scheduled, and published across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  •     Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and keep projects moving efficiently.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you’ll love it here:

  •     Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  •     Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  •     Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  •     Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  •     Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  •     Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  •     Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.

*Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
