Job Description
We’re looking for a Content Planning Specialist to join Bolt’s Social Media team and help keep our global content engine running smoothly across 35+ markets, 100+ social handles, and multiple verticals including ride-hailing, micromobility, and food delivery.
This role sits at the centre of our global social operation — coordinating publishing schedules, managing content workflows, and making sure the right content reaches the right channels at the right time.
With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it’s all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission!
As a Content Planner, you’ll manage the global social media content pipeline end-to-end. From tracking production timelines and managing editorial calendars to coordinating publishing schedules and supporting reporting operations, you’ll help ensure Bolt’s global social media activity runs efficiently at scale.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, and local market teams to maintain visibility across content workflows, identify blockers early, and keep campaigns and recurring content on track.
