We are looking for a Deal Execution Manager to join our Rides division in Tallinn, Estonia, reporting to the Head of Deal Execution, Franchise & Partner Markets.

About the role

As a Deal Execution Manager, you will play an important role in driving Bolt’s global expansion within the Franchise & Partner Markets team. You will support the execution of strategic deals across all stages of the transaction lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with prospective franchise and partner market owners.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  •     Lead the generation of corporate and investor leads to build a strong pipeline of Franchise & Partner Markets owners.
  •     Develop financial models and build business cases for new Franchise & Partner Markets.
  •     Organise and prepare investor materials and presentations to support deal execution.
  •     Manage transaction processes and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  •     Collaborate internally on market research and analysis for new expansion projects.
  •     Actively participate in structuring and negotiating commercial terms and legal documentation.
  •     Maintain investor communication and develop strong relationships with them.

About you:

  •     Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Consulting, Franchise or a related field.
  •     Strong financial modelling skills.
  •     Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  •     Outstanding work ethic, strong motivation, and high attention to detail.
  •     Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  •     Strong team orientation with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and regions.
