Merchant Success Manager

We are looking for a Merchant Success Manager to help scale Bolt’s rapidly growing business in Warsaw, Poland or Tallinn, Estonia.

<strong>About the role</strong>

As a Merchant Success Manager, you will define and drive merchant growth strategy across Bolt Food’s Grocery and Retail business. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Strategy, Merchant Success and Business Performance.

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear strategies, scalable playbooks and execution frameworks, enabling local teams to improve merchant performance across pricing, promotions, visibility and trade events.

<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>

  • Own the Merchant CVP, evolving our growth strategy across diverse segments and defining the frameworks that drive conversion and partner participation.
  • Take the wheel on KPI setting and performance management; you’ll analyze market trends to set ambitious targets and lead the “interventions” that turn gaps into wins..
  • Designing the commercial playbooks that define our pricing architecture, trade events, and in-app merchandising standards.
  • Lead the charge in Joint Business Planning, conducting high-stakes quarterly reviews with our top-tier merchants to unlock new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Be the central pulse of our merchant marketing, ensuring every promotional activity across every market is perfectly timed and strategically aligned.
  • Act as a force multiplier by designing and delivering world-class commercial training, ensuring our local teams are equipped with the best growth levers in the business, ensuring consistency between strategy, platform capabiitties and market execution.

<strong>About you:</strong>

  • You bring a background in Strategy, Ops, or Consulting, with a proven track record of navigating complex marketplace dynamics and growth initiatives.
  • You don’t just move numbers in Google Sheets or Excel; you translate complex data sets into clear, compelling strategic recommendations that move the needle.
  • You have a passion for building “the engine,” with experience creating playbooks and frameworks that allow multi-market teams to scale rapidly and consistently.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, effortlessly influencing stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Ops to ensure strategy and execution are always in sync
  • Fast-paced environments fuel you. You’re a structured thinker who can take a messy, high-pressure problem and break it down into an elegant, actionable solution.
  • You are in the trenches of KPI implementation and performance frameworks, knowing exactly how to align individual metrics with big-picture business goals .
