You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and the Czech or Slovak language (both verbal and written). You are a natural leader who can build teams from the ground up, set clear expectations, and inspire people to do their best work. You are a self-starter with genuine ownership mentality — you set ambitious goals, act without waiting to be asked, and take full accountability for results. You have excellent communication skills in Polish and English, and are comfortable representing the business externally with city officials, media, and community stakeholders. You are curious about urban mobility, keep up with local market trends and regulations, and bring creative thinking to growing a rider base in competitive markets. You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach. You are a collaborative team player who shares knowledge, supports peers, and always looks for ways to improve processes — not just within your region, but for the whole country team.
