As an Operations Quality Assurance Specialist – B2G, you will work closely with the B2G Account Manager / Bid Manager and Project Manager, ensuring that Bolt’s delivery of municipally funded transport contracts meets the highest standards.
You will take on a highly data-driven role, with responsibility for managing and structuring data, monitoring performance, and generating insights that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
A key part of the role is to establish and track KPIs, analyze contractual performance, and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors, stakeholders, and other Operations teams. This position is central to ensuring compliance, quality, and transparency across all operations, thereby strengthening Bolt’s credibility and competitiveness in the public sector (B2G), where adherence to standards and delivery of high service quality are essential.
Work with large and complex datasets, applying a data-driven approach to automate reporting processes and develop dashboards that provide real-time visibility on performance. Compile and present monthly quality reports, highlighting KPI results, deviations, root causes, and recommended improvements. Benchmark performance across subcontractors and operations to identify trends, best practices, and improvement areas. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that support both strategic management decisions and day-to-day operational improvements, and convert these findings into executed improvements, coordinating stakeholders and verifying impact against KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis of deviations (delays, vehicle breakdowns, customer complaints) and propose corrective measures. Foster and maintain close cooperation through strong relationships with the public clients (Regions and Municipalities) and other contracting authorities through regular contract review and delivery meetings. Collaborating closely with local and central Operations Teams to ensure contract compliance and high quality.
1+ years experience in an analytical or operational role or similar. Fluent (written and verbal) English and Swedish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actions . You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Google Sheets and experience with data-driven making decisions. Owner’s mindset and proactive drive — you autonomously turn problems into improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally Curious, analytical, and constantly looking for smarter ways to work.
