Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is GEL 1925 gross with an additional quarterly bonus.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality, and compliance. Working closely with a high-performing team along with the Operations Specialists and Operations Manager.
Verifying, maintaining, organizing, and auditing driver and vehicle documentation. Finding resolutions to driver issues and questions. Supporting the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality, and compliance. Supporting our CS team with fleet and driver concerns and suggestions. Assist with further operational duties as requested.
You have 1+ year of experience in Operations, or other relevant roles, ideally with experience in analytic tasks. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, being detail-oriented and well organised. You have excellent spoken and written Georgian & English(B2). You are passionate about new technologies and ride hailing
