We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist to manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in France.

You will lead local operations projects and work closely with City Managers and HQ stakeholders to advance our mission of making cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable. As an analytical, solutions-driven Operations Specialist – Marketplace (France) based in Paris, you’ll own the FP&A rhythm, market sizing, pricing compliance, and competitive intelligence for a T1/T2/T3 city portfolio—turning data into decisions that move our marketplace performance.
Own Marketplace Maintenance & FP&A cadences: run TAM end-to-end and keep Market Size accurate and documented. Lead city-level performance audits and turn findings into actions that improve GMV, ASP, and rides. Drive T3 strategy reviews and keep city plans aligned with KPI trajectory. Safeguard pricing & payouts with recurring compliance audits, recommendations, and stronger upstream controls. Build competitive intelligence & data operations: steady datapoints, partner data ingestion, and clean pipelines. Partner with City Managers and central teams to design/execute demand & supply campaigns and provide decision-grade analysis.
Analytical, structured, and curious; comfortable translating data into decisions. Hands-on operator: you call drivers, speak with fleets, and visit hubs to get ground truth—not just behind a screen. Street-smart researcher: you triangulate panel data, internal logs, and field intel to form a confident view amid ambiguity. Resourceful owner with a bias to action; you unblock yourself and keep stakeholders aligned in English and French. Process & compliance mindset; attentive to details in pricing, payouts, and audit trails. Proficiency with SQL/spreadsheets/BI; familiarity with partner/panel data and lightweight automation is a plus.
