Bolt Sweden is growing, and are now looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Ride-Hailing team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be a key contributor to Bolt’s growth in Sweden, working in a broad role with lots of responsibility and possibility to make a noticeable impact on our operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work to optimise the balance between Drivers and Riders across our operating cities.

You will be part of a small and passionate team, where you are expected to collaborate on your team’s joint goals. You will act as a data-driven local expert, implementing initiatives that directly impact city performance and marketplace health.
Marketplace Optimisation & Insights: Analyse performance metrics to balance supply and demand, manage key operational levers, and surface actionable insights that improve service reliability and operational excellence. Driver Engagement: Monitor supply health and driver performance, identify trends in driver behaviour, and develop initiatives that strengthen the driver value proposition and overall satisfaction. Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Use data and structured thinking to diagnose operational challenges, propose technical or process improvements, and present stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a cross-functional partner to Product, Marketing, HQ, and Customer Support, ensuring local operations meet safety and legal standards while championing Bolt’s Operational Principles. Continuous Improvement: Leverage customer and driver feedback to refine the user experience, advocate for impactful features, and continuously challenge the status quo to improve workflows and service quality.
Previous experience (+2 years) from working within Operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment in a tech company or similar role. Able to independently perform analysis of large data sets in Excel/Sheets, and proficient in structuring and presenting data for other stakeholders. Takes initiative, sees what needs to be done and takes action to make it happen, with a strong sense of ownership. Creative problem solver, who can think of new ways to solve problems or improve efficiency. Experienced working in tech, able to assess the performance impact of features and collaborate on changes and refinements to drive optimisation. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with proficient fluency in Swedish and English.
