We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to help us grow our Bolt Drive operations in Lithuania, with a focus on streamlining and automating processes to make operations more efficient.

The Operations Specialist will support Bolt Drive (Carsharing) operations across Lithuania, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business. You will work closely with the General Manager and Fleet Manager to help ensure the fleet operates smoothly and efficiently. The role focuses on improving operational processes and supporting automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 2200€ to 2500€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
Lead daily / weekly carsharing operations and continuously identify operational and cost efficiencies in 3PL and / or inhouse operations. Evaluate and co-lead expansion and public policy work for carsharing Lithuania jointly with the General Manager. Plan Supply development strategy and monthly action plans The main goal is to increase monthly car rides, increase of revenue and market share of Bolt business operations. Measure and analyse supply & ride statistics, referral and other relevant activities, make suggestions and execute activities to improve Bolt business results. Monitor, analyse and make suggestions to improve the quality of Bolt services.
You have 2+ years of experience in operations, mobility, logistics, fleet management or a similar field. You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive in fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian. You are analytical and turn data into action, automate processes, and find ways to make operations more efficient. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must. Strong sense of ownership, good organizational skills, and ability to work closely with senior management and manage external partners.
