About the role

As an Operations Specialist in Driver Engagement, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and successful on Bolt’s platform. Your work will directly impact driver retention, service quality, and supply reliability.

You will leverage data insights to design engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and community-building activities that reduce churn and improve driver satisfaction. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will help strengthen Bolt’s driver ecosystem in Paraguay.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing strategies to increase driver loyalty, improve satisfaction, and reduce churn.
  • Supporting and expanding loyalty and benefits initiatives (e.g., Bolt Rewards) by negotiating with suppliers and managing value-driven partnerships.
  • Strengthening driver communities through events, workshops, and targeted communication campaigns.
  • Identifying root causes of driver churn and executing targeted reactivation strategies.
  • Monitoring service performance, gathering driver feedback, and collaborating on initiatives to improve ride quality and driver earnings.
  • Delivering training and educational sessions for new and existing drivers on platform usage, quality standards, and new features.
  • Using data to measure engagement program effectiveness, detect risks, and propose strategic improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with Driver Growth, Vehicles, Marketing, Legal, and HQ teams to align engagement strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Staying informed on local industry trends and regulatory developments impacting driver operations.

About you:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in operations, partner management, customer engagement, or strategy, ideally in tech, mobility, or consulting.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL, BI tools, or Python are a plus).
  • You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, fluent in Spanish with strong English skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are empathetic and people-focused, capable of understanding driver needs and translating them into impactful programs.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
  • You are proactive, creative, and motivated to make drivers successful.
