The People Business Partner is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy for the business area they support, aligned with Bolt’s overall business strategy and People agenda.

Partnering closely with senior leaders and leadership teams, the People Business Partner provides strategic consulting and coaching on organisational design, team effectiveness, talent strategy, employee development, and engagement. By leveraging people data and deep knowledge of the organisation, the People Business Partner proactively identifies business needs and delivers efficient, high-quality HR expertise and support.
The People Business Partner also collaborates closely with Centres of Expertise (e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics) and the Regional People Partnering team, ensuring strong alignment, effective rollout of global initiatives, and integration of business-specific insights into People practices.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, co-designing people strategies that align with business goals and drive competitive advantage. Organizational Design & Growth: Lead global workforce planning and organizational development to effectively manage change and scale during rapid growth. Program Management: Oversee core People programs, including annual performance reviews, total compensation cycles, and engagement surveys. Talent & Leadership Development: Drive talent management strategies, individual development plans, and executive coaching to foster high-performing teams. Global Scaling & Collaboration: Partner with Regional People teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement scalable global processes and initiatives. Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize rigorous data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights and solutions tailored to business needs.
Data-Driven Strategic Advisor: Expert at leveraging rigorous data analysis and people metrics to provide actionable insights, driving informed decision-making across the business. Executive Partner & Facilitator: Proven track record of acting as a trusted partner to Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), providing high-level coaching and co-designing people strategies that align with commercial goals. AI-Enabled Efficiency: Proficient in integrating advanced AI tools (such as Claude and Gemini) to streamline people processes, enhance reporting, and maintain a competitive edge in a fast-paced tech environment. International Scale & Complexity: Deep experience navigating the nuances of global, enterprise-level organizations, with a focus on scaling people operations across diverse international regions. Hyper-Growth Agility: Expert at building foundations for scale within high-growth environments, balancing the “start-up mindset” with the need for structured, global organizational design.
