We’re looking for a People Partner to shape and drive our People agenda, based in Budapest, Hungary.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers, supporting them on both day-to-day people topics and long-term priorities.
It’s a blend of partnering, advising, and hands-on delivery. You’ll help leaders make informed decisions, drive key People processes, and ensure initiatives are well-designed and effectively implemented.
Overall, you’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders, influencing People priorities and shaping approaches that support business performance in your local context.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance on complex people topics and supporting sound decision-making Ensure consistent and effective execution of core People processes (e.g. performance, engagement, compensation, development, DEI) across teams Lead employee relations matters, balancing business needs with compliance and best practices Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, with a focus on engagement, well-being, and inclusion Work closely with the Managing Director and other stakeholders to deliver aligned and high-quality People solutions Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable, business-relevant improvements Data Analytics: Use HR data to inform decisions on retention, compensation, and talent development. Organizational Change: Support leaders through organizational restructuring and change management As a standalone People Partner in the local team, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, combining strategic partnering with hands-on delivery across all core HR activities, from hiring and contracting to payroll and documentation.
You have demonstrated experience as a People Partner, working closely with business leaders You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support at all levels You have experience across core HR areas, including employee relations and performance management You have a solid understanding of labour law and employee relations practices in Hungary. You have the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment You have strong communication skills in English and Hungarian.
We are looking for a full-time People Partner, however can consider a 30 hour contract with the right seniority level.
