PR Manager
We’re looking for an experienced PR Manager to handle our media relations in Canada.

Canada’s PR Manager will leverage strong local media relations to implement the PR strategy and heavily support ongoing projects in the country. We’re looking for someone with a long-term strategic approach to PR who can build Hopp’s narrative and raise awareness of our ride-hailing and business lines.
Own media relations in Canada by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, responding to media inquiries, and staffing interviews and press events. Collaborate closely with Public Policy on key regulatory topics and public affairs matters in Canada. Work together with marketing and social media teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns. Manage communication crises and provide timely, effective responses when issues arise. Train and prepare spokespeople and support brand-related activities to ensure consistent and effective representation.
You are passionate about PR and the impact shared mobility can have on building better cities. You bring demonstrated experience in PR, including building and maintaining a strong network of journalists. You thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments and approach your work with a proactive, get-it-done attitude. You have flawless written and spoken English. You have proven experience building and executing PR strategies with a track record of shaping long-term public narratives, ideally in international and public policy-related contexts.
