We are looking for a Procurement Technology and Excellence Manager to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia.

This role sits at the heart of our procurement transformation, focused on building scalable processes, improving efficiency, and driving better decision-making through data.
You’ll shape how procurement operates end-to-end, from tools and policies to insights and capability building, helping the function deliver real impact across the business.
Design and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, templates and process frameworks to keep them current, compliant and actually used by the teams. Lead efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end procurement process, including data quality improvements, user experience improvements, spend visibility, etc. Develop reporting and analytics capabilities, design and build dashboards, KPIs that give senior leadership a clear and honest picture of procurement performance and business contribution. Own the procurement tools roadmap and work together with other functions to define development priorities, describe user stories and technical requirements, make sure data flows end-to-end through integrations. Lead or support assigned workstreams within the broader procurement transformation programme. Own the procurement knowledge base, build and run a skills and competencies program for both the procurement team and the wider organisation.
You have extensive experience in procurement, procurement operations or process excellence and a genuine understanding of how indirect procurement works end-to-end. You have hands-on experience with procurement technology platforms (for example Zycus, Coupa, Ariba or similar), understanding of system integrations and data flows between procurement and finance systems. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and translate data into a coherent story for senior stakeholders. You have experience owning or contributing to a tools or systems roadmap, defining process and technical requirements and working effectively with technical teams to bring ideas into reality. You have a track record of driving process improvement and change in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. You have strong documentation instincts and a tendency to see a messy process and immediately want to write the SOP.
