We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Central Operations team

The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in negotiating, onboarding and scaling high-value strategic partnerships globally. This individual leverages strong partnership and program management expertise to foster collaboration across regional and local teams. They are responsible for developing and managing global partnership plans, mitigating risks and adapting to changing circumstances to deliver significant savings to Bolt drivers by unlocking new partnerships.
Developing and maintaining standardised partnership playbooks, negotiation frameworks, onboarding guidelines and best practices to improve global consistency. Monitoring partnership pipeline health and market-level progress, ensuring sufficient coverage and sustained momentum toward deal closure. Using data and analytics to evaluate partnership performance, driver adoption and ROI, translating insights into clear recommendations for optimisation and scaling. Leading cross-functional collaboration with regional teams to identify, prioritise and negotiate high-value partnerships that deliver meaningful cost savings for drivers. Identifying market-specific challenges preventing teams from meeting Bolt Rewards partnership targets and drive corrective actions. Ensuring partnerships are successfully onboarded and integrated into the Bolt Rewards loyalty program to deliver a seamless driver experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and/or business development. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex strategic negotiations. You have demonstrated capability to project manage a program. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
