We’re looking for a Project Manager - Marketing to join our HQ Marketing team.

Please note this is not a creative marketing role but rather a position focused on planning, coordination, and budgeting for the region, ensuring alignment between HQ and local marketing teams.

<strong>About the role</strong>

The Project Manager - Marketing will be responsible for strategic project management across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, and Malta. You will oversee the region’s performance, align growth goals between HQ and local teams, and manage the full cycle of marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating growth of users, couriers, and restaurant partners.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical mindset with creative problem-solving, works comfortably in a cross-functional environment, and has experience in project management. You will play a key role in managing the marketing budget, prioritising tasks for functional teams, and achieving ambitious regional business and marketing KPIs.

<strong>Main Tasks & Responsibilities:</strong>

  • Lead strategic planning, coordination, and budgeting for the region, ensuring alignment between HQ and local teams.
  • Drive regional user acquisition strategy and performance, managing KPIs, budgets, and action plans across eaters, couriers, and merchants.
  • Analyse performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and steer corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee marketing strategy and execution for new city and market launches through 360° multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, and Design teams to optimise targeting, creative consistency, and ROI.
  • Lead regional reporting and communications, presenting key insights and recommendations in regular business reviews.

<strong>About you:</strong>

  • You have proven experience managing regional or multi-market marketing strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • You are comfortable working with performance data, budgets, and growth KPIs.
  • You combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution skills.
  • You are a confident communicator who can influence and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • You are adaptable, proactive, and willing to experiment to drive measurable results.
  • You have experience in delivery industries is an advantage.
