Sales Operations Associate (Grocery & Retail)
We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support the execution and optimization of Sales processes across Bolt Food’s Grocery & Retail business.

The Sales Operations Associate sits at the intersection of Sales, Strategy, and Analytics, with a strong focus on pipeline tracking, performance monitoring, and building tools that improve Sales efficiency and visibility.
The Sales Operations Associate will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Regional teams to ensure that Sales teams operate with clear structure, accurate data, and actionable insights, enabling more predictable and efficient growth.
Maintain cross-market sales pipeline data to ensure high accuracy and consistency in reporting. Track key KPIs such as conversion rates and sales cycles to identify trends and risks. Build and manage advanced Google Sheets/Excel dashboards and trackers to provide leadership with actionable visibility. Execute and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from lead generation to closing. Manage lead allocation and CRM data integrity to ensure teams are working with high-quality information. Support territory allocation, quota tracking, and capacity planning to ensure scalable sales growth.
You have experience inSales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a Consulting environment. You hold advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring. You have a proven ability to transform raw data into insights that solve complex business problems. You will have experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and a solid understanding of the modern sales funnel. You hold a strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders. You have familiarity with BI tools, automation, and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) is a major plus.
