Senior Finance Business Partner – Central Operations
As the Finance Business Partner for Central Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes for Bolt’s operations.

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will take on the crucial role of partnering with senior leadership to deliver on growth and profitability targets for Central Operations. You will work on business and investment cases that require a high level of commercial and financial judgement. You will partner closely with leadership and global finance teams to ensure the scalability of the solutions being developed.
Working closely with key stakeholders, this position requires a dynamic and collaborative finance professional who can drive financial insights and contribute to the company’s overall success.
Own and deeply understand the P&L, clearly explaining growth drivers and deviations from budget to leadership and driving actions to deliver performance. Partner with central teams to assess and prioritize investments that drive topline growth, considering regional dynamics and ROI. Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives to support margin expansion and sustainable profitability. Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with global finance processes. Develop and strengthen the FP&A function through financial risk assessment, scalable tools and solutions, and ad-hoc analyses that improve overall financial performance.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus. You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partner role. You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments. You have a solid understanding of assessing business and investment cases such as ROI. You have commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across local as well as central stakeholders. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
