We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale our internal task management platform. This role comes with a unique set of product and engineering challenges: dynamic task distribution, intelligent workforce management, and highly efficient agent-facing interfaces. You’ll work across the stack to build systems that support real-time decisions, streamline workflows, and surface actionable insights. You’ll be the most senior frontend voice on the team, owning architecture decisions and setting the technical direction.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help your team architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable internal products that include both backend services and user-facing interfaces. You’ll mostly work with Node.js, React, and TypeScript – though prior experience with Node.js is not required. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to building thoughtful, maintainable solutions that meet business needs with low operational overhead.
Your work will focus on enhancing our internal task management product, improving the efficiency and reliability of how tasks are distributed and executed. By building tools that empower agents and streamline operations, you’ll drive meaningful improvements in internal productivity and help the business scale more effectively.
Build and maintain modular, high-performance UI micro frontends that are easy to scale and integrate. Collaborate with stakeholders to design backend systems and APIs that effectively support evolving business needs. Lead features and initiatives from idea through successful delivery, working closely with Product to break down scope. Contribute to the product roadmap by offering ideas, feedback, and technical insight throughout the development process. Mentor engineers through code reviews and direct guidance, and set frontend best practices across the team.
You have experience in JavaScript and Node.js / C++ /Java or any OO language. You have knowledge of major frontend frameworks and experience with API design and development. You have a university degree in a technical subject (Computer science, Mathematics or similar). You have 4+ years of experience in software development. You have good English and communication skills. You have solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, experience with any SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
