As a Senior Operations Manager (Rides), your key objective is to maximize marketplace performance by securing strategic partnerships and executing initiatives that drive both Supply and Demand.

Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with Fleet Owners and key stakeholders, leveraging insights to inform business decisions. Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Central Operations. Design and implement local initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements that positively influence driver behaviour and marketplace outcomes. Identify market trends, competitive insights, and product improvement opportunities, advocating for local priorities within the broader organization. Ensure succession planning, team development, and long-term operational sustainability within the market.
You have 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, mobility, or a similar fast-paced environment. You have proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams. You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to drive strategic decision-making. You have strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives. You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder with strong negotiation skills. You demonstrate strong ownership, independence, and the ability to work towards ambitious goals. You are humble, self-aware, and committed to continuous self-improvement as a leader. You have strong business acumen and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics.
Experience is important, but what truly sets you apart is your drive, integrity, and leadership mindset. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
Play a key role in shaping the future of mobility in your market. Lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence thousands of drivers and riders. Collaborate with talented colleagues in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Accelerate your leadership growth with unique career development opportunities. Receive a competitive compensation package aligned with your impact.
