We’re looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to lead the global adoption of pricing strategy for ride-hailing in Bolt.

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will own the Go-to-Market processes in Pricing: collaborating with local operations and HQ analytics to reduce time-to-market and improve quality, coordinating and analysing experiments across the entire Bolt Ridehailing portfolio, collecting feedback and contributing to playbooks, and identifying automation opportunities.
This role is a great fit for you if you are proactive and independent, have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving in a complex, international environment.
Coordinate the validation and local adoption of centrally developed pricing strategies across 40+ countries. Design and implement regular GTM processes to balance time to market and accountability. Ensure consistent impact attribution for price changes across the portfolio. Gather insights and feedback from analytics peers and country teams and shape this into roadmap items or playbook advancements. Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation and collaborate with peers to deliver these.
You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with multiple teams across different countries. You are comfortable navigating uncertainty and can create order where it’s missing. You have strong experience in pricing strategy, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in a global or multi-market environment. You are highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies. You demonstrate strong business judgement and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You are proficient in statistical methods (A/B testing) and comfortable working with large datasets and analytics tools (SQL, Python, Looker). Experience in mobility, tech, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
