We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of the Incentives domain within the Delivery Consumer team. This includes all products related to campaigns, discounts, subscriptions, and promotional mechanics across the consumer app.
The Incentives team’s goal is to build a scalable incentives communication system that makes campaigns clear, effective, and easy to understand across all user touchpoints.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the incentives experience across the Delivery consumer app. Your main objective will be to evolve and scale the visual communication system for campaigns and discounts. You will ensure that incentives are clear, consistent, and easy to understand across complex user journeys. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Own and evolve the campaign and incentives communication system across the consumer app. Turn complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences. Collaborate closely with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs. Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution. Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity. Ensure consistency across surfaces, including listing, store page, basket, checkout, and post-order states.
You understand business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions, and are comfortable managing complex systems effectively. You’re a collaborative, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, leading discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You have extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and bold design leadership. You know when to prioritize fast iterations and prototypes, collaborating effectively with senior designers and cross-functional teams. You can communicate fluently in English and confidently pitch your design vision through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition. You’re expert in Figma for UI, advanced prototyping, and scalable design systems. You actively use AI tools to speed up exploration and iteration.
