We’re looking for a passionate, analytical, and platform-minded Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our User Authentication domain — the first step in every user’s journey at Bolt.

Authentication must be fast, intuitive, secure, and reliable for millions of users across dozens of countries. You will own sign-up, sign-in, and account access across all our audiences: riders, eaters, drivers, couriers, fleet owners, restaurants, and business clients — across multiple apps and portals.

Your mission is to elevate Bolt to a world-class authentication experience by making identity access more seamless, secure, flexible, and consistent across all markets and product verticals. This is a Platform team role, requiring close partnership with engineering, design, data, security, fraud, compliance, and all product verticals.

•     Harmonise authentication experiences across all personas and products.
•     Own the end-to-end experience of sign-up and sign-in, ensuring it is fast, intuitive, secure, and scalable.
•     Discover user problems through research, data analysis, and continuous discovery, and own the product roadmap.
•     Design and run large-scale experiments to validate ideas and drive measurable impact that reduces friction and increases conversion.
•     Ensure compliance with security, fraud, and privacy requirements while preserving a great user experience.
•     Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive product development from concept to launch.

•     4+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of delivering business impact at scale, preferably in authentication, identity, security, onboarding, or other platform domains.
•     Proven experience leading large-scale, high-impact consumer or platform products.
•     Strong understanding of authentication, onboarding, identity, account access, or adjacent domains — or ability to learn them quickly.
•     Strong analytical skills and comfortable with experimentation and data-driven decision making.
•     Experience partnering closely with Design and elevating user experience.
•     Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across platform and vertical organisations.
•     Capable of defining strategy, prioritising effectively, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
•     Technical fluency and ability to understand architectural trade-offs.
•     Experience with security, fraud, or compliance topics is a strong plus.
•     You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
