Bolt Food Slovakia is looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Senior Sales Specialist to help us grow our restaurant network and strengthen our presence across the country.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a starting gross monthly salary from €2,100, depending on your experience, skills, and expertise.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of Bolt Food for potential restaurant partners. You’ll identify opportunities, build trust, and negotiate partnerships that benefit both sides.
Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, meetings, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Building strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
Guiding new partners through onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to Operations and Account Management.
Collaborating cross-functionally to help partners succeed and grow on the platform.
Tracking your pipeline and activities in our CRM to stay organized and strategic.
Consistently achieving and exceeding growth targets.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on results, and wants to see tangible outcomes from their work.
Fluent in Slovak. Experienced in sales (at least 1 year preferred), hospitality, retail, or a similar field — but strong communication and negotiation skills matter even more. Comfortable working with data, tools, and ideally CRM systems. Resilient, solution-oriented, and confident in conversations. Organized, independent, and proactive. Motivated by growth — both yours and your partners’.
