As a Real Estate Specialist, you’ll support our global workplace strategy across 50+ countries. You’ll help identify real estate opportunities, assist with lease negotiations, coordinate office fit-outs, and ensure our facilities meet the needs of our fast-growing teams. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and inspiring workspaces.
Support the search for new office spaces worldwide, aligning with business needs and budgets. Assist in the analysis of property options, including location, layout, accessibility, and cost. Collaborate with the Legal team to review leasing contracts and support negotiation processes. Coordinate with workplace designers, vendors, and project managers during office fit-outs and redesigns. Monitor the real estate landscape in key markets and maintain up-to-date market intelligence. Ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard and align with our brand and values.
You bring experience in commercial real estate, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment. You have a solid understanding of leasing processes and contract basics. You possess a strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and love a good challenge. You have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. You’re interested in tech, mobility, and future workplace trends.
