Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
During your internship, you are expected to be able to work as part of a team, with motivation, critical thinking, and task management skills. Your main tasks will be:
- Accounting classification of invoices from Transporters;
- Accounting classification of invoices from external Technical Assistance Partners;
- Preparation of general accounting postings;
- Management and control of general accounts open items;
- Controlling and archiving travel expenses;
- Supporting on digital archiving of documentation for subsidies;
- Support to the local team tasks;
- Collaboration in an environment of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Good communication in English (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Degree in Accounting, Economics or similar is a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
