Job Description
6 months internship from March/April 2026.
We are looking for an Offers & Payments Operations Intern to join the Payment Operations team within the Customer & Monetization Business Unit (Product & Tech division). You will work at the intersection of business and tech, giving you exposure to diverse teams and the full lifecycle of Deezer’s B2C subscription offers.
You will report to the Offer & Payment Analyst and play a key role in ensuring our B2C offers launch smoothly, operate reliably and reach our users across all platforms while maintaining seamless payment lifecycles.
What you will do:
- Offers management : support the team in coordinating offer launches with cross-functional teams, manage promotional codes delivery, perform QA and health checks to ensure offers run smoothly across platforms
- Subscriptions monitoring & operational support : challenge and optimize current subscription flows monitoring methods, investigate payment related issues and collaborate with the Payment Engineering team to implement solutions
Qualifications
This role is excellent for a person with:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program from a business/engineering school or university
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Knowledge in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) or a strong willingness to learn
