Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Perform and monitor the schedules and test of samples based on the requirements (BOM, technical documentation, PAVs, work instructions, etc.), orders and according to the deadlines; ensure compliance with safety rules in the workplace.
- Perform and monitor the schedules, tests and sample assemblies on the production line based on technical requirements, orders, and according to time schedules; technically support employees of the production line in learning; ensure compliance with safety rules in the workplace.
- Clarify the difficulties that arise during the process of programming, assembly and testing of samples, diagnose and specify errors and propose solutions.
- Record and report deviations found during the construction of samples.
- Electrically measure the samples according to the product specifications.
- Comply with the quality standards, regulations and directives, i.e. ensure compliance.
- Perform the services requested by other departments inside and outside BrgP (“reflash”, cable construction, re-label, reworks, etc…)
- Always keep COS equipment within calibrations. Identify deliver and collect equipment in QMM according to the plan and the state of calibration.
- Perform electrical rework on samples (e.g. BGA exchanges, SW Update, etc.)
- Make the setup and maintenance of the equipment for repackaging and replacement of components, etc.
- Testing of units produced in SVPA.
Qualifications

- Analytical skills, structured way of working and motivation to self-improvement
- Knowledge (theoretical and practical) of hardware and circuit diagram analysis (analogue and digital)
- Knowledge (theoretical and practical) of software and tools used in production (line and laboratory)
- SAMinfo
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Self-management skill to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge in SAP
