We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Internal Accounting department. The Project Analyst will work collaboratively with the Senior Project Analyst to assist Project Managers with Billing, Collections, and Project Scheduling. They will also be responsible for processing client invoices and customer payments, along with frequent and direct interaction with clients.

Responsibilities
Project Budgeting, Scheduling & Resource Management
Assist with the project budgeting, scheduling & resource management processes
Assist with resource capacity reports and distribution.
Assist with training sessions and materials related to the billing & scheduling process.
Maintain accurate client and project records in various systems.
Billing & Collections
Process client invoices
Assist Partners/Project Managers with billing issues
Posting of client payments and preparation of daily deposits
Providing excellent customer service to Partners, Project Managers and Clients
Process monthly statements and correspond with clients on past due accounts
Send copies of invoices or other account information upon request
Answer calls and respond to clients regarding statements and other billing and payment-related issues
Associate’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
0-2 years of related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of Accounts Receivable and Collections
Strong data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Problem solving skills and issue resolution capabilities
Strong commitment to client service and professionalism
Attention to detail in composing, reconciling and proofing materials

The annual salary range for this position is: $57,000 - $85,000. This salary range reflects the anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending upon an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives, commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
