Bouldering Project

We operate recreational facilities for indoor rock climbing and other movement activities. Since our founding in 2011, we have grown to 13 gyms in major US cities like Seattle, Austin, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Brooklyn, Boston, Washington D.C., Tempe, and St. Paul. Our gyms are inclusive spaces for climbing, general movement, and building community.

We offer bouldering on extensive climbing walls, various yoga classes in dedicated studios, and fitness programs. Our fitness classes encourage group participation to help members achieve challenging goals, focusing on resilience, stamina, and strength. The climbing experience uses color-coded routes that provide both mental and physical challenges.

Beyond physical activities, our gyms also have co-working spaces and social areas for members to connect or relax. We strive to make these activities available to everyone, including “Access Memberships” for low-income households.

Our vision is to foster play, wellness, exploration, and human connection. Our mission is to create fun, inspiring, and inclusive spaces for climbing, movement, and community, bringing people together through a love for challenging play.

We have between 501 and 1000 employees. Our work environment emphasizes community, connection, and a shared passion for movement and play. We strive to create fun, inspiring, and inclusive spaces for both our members and our staff.
