Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and driving P&C initiatives? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we want you to join our team as a People Partner II. This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with site and functional leaders to align business objectives and serve as a consultant on people-related strategies.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with organizational leaders, managers, and individual contributors.
- Drive organizational design, change management, talent development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives alongside leadership.
- Collaborate with internal People teams to execute corporate-wide initiatives and programs.
- Coach first-line and senior management through employee relations issues and internal processes.
- regularly assess organizational health to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Constructively challenge the status quo to enhance outcomes and processes.
- Act as a liaison between the People Team and business stakeholders while championing company values.
- Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and support external audits as required.
Who you are:

- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Polish labor law and general HR functional areas.
- Proven ability to consult with the business on recruiting, management, training, and leadership mentorship.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker who views technology as a tool to solve business problems.
- Strong communicator capable of breaking down complex concepts into simple actions.
- Critical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
- Flexible work style, able to shift between strategic, operational, and tactical needs across all levels.
- A professional who operates with the utmost integrity and respect.
