What you’ll do:

  • HR Support and Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the employee life cycle. Assist with onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Support and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and support our company culture. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to create a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement and Projects: Contribute to P&C projects and initiatives focused on process improvements, program implementations, and employee engagement activities. Work cross-functionally to drive innovation and efficiency in our People Operations. Adapt Box functionalities (e.g., Box AI, Relay, Forms, DocGen, ) to drive improvement.
  • Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and understood across the organization. Provide clarity on HR-related matters and support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance and Talent Management: Support the performance management process by assisting managers and People Partners.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an People Partnering or People Operations role.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support others.
