About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented Account Coordinator to be the engine behind our marketing and experiential programs. You’ll keep projects running smoothly, support field teams, and ensure every activation is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Think of yourself as the team’s “project quarterback”—keeping everyone aligned, spotting risks before they become issues, and helping the team shine.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate & Execute Programs
- Manage program workbooks, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish
- Track progress, report on performance, and flag risks early
- Solve problems and keep programs running smoothly
Support Field Teams & Events
- Lead and assist field teams both remotely and on-site
- Coordinate logistics and ensure teams have what they need to succeed
- Attend activations and act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and field staff
Client & Stakeholder Partner
- Be a key point of contact for internal and client teams
- Support staffing, onboarding, and field training
- Help maintain strong relationships and high client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Events, or similar
- Experience in marketing, field operations, or experiential programs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, travel, and occasional physical event setup

This role offers an annual base salary starting at $48,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility, as well as internal equity and business needs. Please note this represents base salary only and does not include other components of Brand Momentum’s total rewards package.
