WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys diving into data, extracting insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and a knack for visualizing data to drive informed decision-making. A collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

  • Generate quarterly reports on marketing and sales performance for presentation to sales leadership, the C-suite, and the board of directors
  • Design, construct, and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and dashboards
  • Establish and uphold documentation regarding sales tools, procedures, and policies
  • Aid regional sales leadership in crafting Quarterly Business Reviews by utilizing data to identify strengths and areas for enhancement
  • Develop standardized reports and accompanying documentation to enable Braze’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Organization to independently access data and adopt a more data-centric approach in their daily responsibilities
  • Streamline critical KPI reporting into a cohesive and easily comprehensible format

WHO YOU ARE

Based in São PauloExcellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in business intelligence or a quantitative field (e.g. business analytics, data science, financial analysis)
  • Skilled with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience using Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience working at a SaaS business strongly preferred

Uma mentalidade colaborativa e a capacidade de comunicar efetivamente os resultados aos stakeholders são essenciais para o sucesso nesta função.

  • Gerar relatórios trimestrais sobre o desempenho de marketing e vendas para apresentação à liderança de vendas, ao C-suite e ao conselho de administração;
  • Projetar, construir e gerenciar relatórios e dashboards de Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho (KPIs);
  • Desenvolver e manter a documentação sobre ferramentas de vendas, procedimentos e políticas;
  • Ajudar a liderança de vendas regional na elaboração de QBR’s (Revisões Trimestrais de Negócios), utilizando dados para identificar pontos fortes e áreas para melhoria;
  • Desenvolver relatórios padronizados e documentação complementar para permitir que a Organização Go-to-Market (GTM) da Braze acesse dados de forma independente e adote uma abordagem mais centrada em dados em suas responsabilidades diárias;
  • Simplificar relatórios críticos de KPIs em um formato coeso e fácil de compreender

QUEM VOCÊ É

  • Baseado em São Paulo
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em inglês
  • Mais de 2 anos de experiência comprovada em inteligência de negócios ou em uma área quantitativa (por exemplo, análise de negócios, ciência de dados, análise financeira)
  • Habilidade com Microsoft Excel e Salesforce CRM
  • Experiência com ferramentas de inteligência de negócios e visualização de dados, como Looker ou Tableau, é preferível
