We founded Airship in 2009 as a software development company. We built our customer experience platform for mobile-first interactions, unifying experiences across digital channels.

Our platform includes App Store Optimization (ASO) solutions, AI-powered journey orchestration, content creation, and experimentation solutions. These are all no-code and flexible. A key product is our no-code native Experience Editor for app and web, which lets marketers and product managers engage with customers and manage tasks without needing ongoing developer support. We use our technology to support personalized interactions across mobile apps, web, email, SMS, and mobile wallet.

Airship has pioneered several industry firsts, including delivering the first push notification, the first in-app message, powering the first mobile wallet boarding passes, and enabling the first commercial use of Live Activities. Brands in Media & Entertainment, Travel, Retail, Sports, Finance, and Telecom use our services to manage their customer lifecycle, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates.

We specialize in App Experience, Customer Journeys, App Activation, App Re-engagement, Data Privacy, Predictive machine-learning, and Strategic/Technical Consulting. Our SaaS products and services help grow businesses through app discovery and development. Our cloud infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform, supports a large-scale, data-driven platform, handling complex SaaS deals and compliance in privacy, security, and AI governance.
