  • Agile program management, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, familiarity with Kafka & cloud-native platforms, stakeholder management.

Job requirements

  • Engagement Management

  • Location: Coppel, TX or NY (Hybrid with 2-3 day onsite per week)

  • Experience: 10–12 years in program or delivery management, including 5+ years leading large-scale technology or data transformation programs in healthcare or insurance.

Role Summary:

  • Own the overall engagement governance, communication, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery progress, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and track risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Manage performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and engagement health tracking.

Skill Set & Tech Stack:

  • Agile program management, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, familiarity with Kafka & cloud-native platforms, stakeholder management.
