We’re a technology company founded in 2016 and based in Silicon Slopes, Utah. We developed a private deal platform for commercial real estate professionals. The platform helps all parties involved in a deal collaborate and manage transactions.

Our expertise covers areas like Commercial Real Estate Technology, 1031 Exchanges, Tenant Representation, REITs, Securitized Real Estate, DST Sponsors, Broker Dealers, Investment Advisors, Qualified Intermediaries, Fractional Ownership, Tenants In Common, and Capital Markets.

As a Cloudflare-certified partner, we offer Cloudflare solutions, including assessments, professional services, support plans, and managed services for clients in MENAT and Europe. These services cover project delivery, migrations, complex network service rollouts, and technical support for the Cloudflare stack.

We also develop and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions for B2C e-commerce, building front-end and back-end features and integrating third-party services. Additionally, we provide support and maintenance for Magento (Adobe Commerce) platforms, handling incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and hotfix implementation for global clients.

We’re a team of 11-50 employees. Our work environment is collaborative and performance-driven.

We have an international culture with offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, fostering cross-functional collaboration among our teams and partners.

Many of our roles are remote. Some positions require aligning with specific regional time zones, like Gulf Standard Time (GST) or Philippine Time (PHT), and may involve night shifts.
